Losing disgracefully was always going to be President Donnie’s reaction to coming second in a two-horse race. Unfortunately, the more The Orange One fails to recognise Denial is not a river in Egypt, the more Americans are going to be swept away by COVID-19’s rampage across the land of the free.  The Trump to Biden transition is like no other in history. Time is literally against the incoming Biden administration. COVID-America goes postal!

Tonight, Americans go to the polls, care of the United States Postal Service. The right will vote for another four years of President Trump, while the left of right will vote for other old white guy. Will this unique, pandemic postal vote prove fatal for the Orange one? We are hours away from finding out.  While election day is nearly upon us, COVID-19 has been surreptitiously sweeping through Red and Blues States in a most unbiased manner. The big question is, can the average Joe and Joanna in Main Street, U.S. vote fairly, without exposing themselves to the dangers of an indiscriminate killer.  November 3rd will see America’s fate, decided by a record number of votes cast by mail. Ballots have been distributed by a number of states to everyone eligible to vote. President Donald J Trump (the J obviously stands for genius), is not the first world leader to come a Coronavirus cropper. After months of downplaying the threat of COVID-19, Karma paid the Orange Man in the White House a visit. Both he and his sultry First Lady, have been diagnosed with the virus. Which is kinda ironic just as COVID-19 clocked up 1 million deaths, worldwide.  Donald’s brush with the COVID Reaper couldn’t have come at a better or worse time, depending on how the Washington spin doctors decide to spin it. With the President behind Joe Biden in every poll, the U.S. Presidential Election is less than a month away. Trump’s America not only finds itself in the grip of a deadly pandemic but is experiencing economic and racial meltdown. To say nothing of the daily Sitcom playing out in the Supreme Court.  Will Trump emerge from his hospital bed weaker or stronger in the eyes of the American people? How in the Coronavirus World are you?

Who's over COVID19? Who's had enough of masks, comical fist bump/handshakes, while going stir-crazy with caged-up kids and other halves? The trouble is, this pesky strain of Coronavirus won't go away quietly. To defeat it, we the human race have to get the number of COVID19 cases to zero. Yes zero. Everywhere.  The thing about viruses is that they don't do border control. They spread faster than toupees in a hurricane. The Spanish Flu of 1918 reached remote islands within months, without the aid of modern air travel. In fact, all it needed to travel was air itself. So, it's down to us to stop COVID19 from returning again and again, like an unwelcome uncle who seems to crash permanently on your sofa. Pandemic + Election = Troompa Loompa Implosion?

There’s a school of thought Stateside that all Joe Biden need do to win in 2020, is light Donald Trump’s fuse and step well back. Some political observers think Joe might not even need to do that. That master of ‘cool’, the 44 th  President Barack Obama has given some advice to his former Vice-President. Keep speeches, interviews and tweets short and sweet. Calmness will win the day. Due to his 77-years, Joe is libel to a few verbal slips and some mind wandering moments that send his advisers into a tale-spin. Recently he gaffed that 125 million Americans had died from COVID19, when he meant to say 125,000. Compare that to the everyday carnage of Trump’s Presidency, with screws visibly loosening and daily temper tantrums indicating implosion is always imminent. So, the word on Pennsylvania Avenue is for Joe to keep his cool, drink plenty of water and avoid any more mistakes, that make him look decrepit. On November 3 rd  2020, surviving COVID19 Americans will decide between a creepy, forgetful Septuagenarian weird, uncle figure and a Septuagenarian racist, pussy-grabbing, misogynist with an Olympian Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Donald J Trump has consistently displayed all the classic symptoms of NPD, for four long years. The  Freudian  checklist for Donald’s chronic narcissism will begin to sound familiar very quickly. To paraphrase William ‘Braveheart’ Wallace, COVID19 may take our lives but it will never take...OUR TECHNOLOGY! This nasty strain of Coronavirus has knocked mankind for six, whisking many of us off to meet our makers but Tech, like rust never sleeps. Humanity’s innate ingenuity will always find a way to shine, even in the darkest of times. Unsurprisingly the Digital Age we live in has come to the fore, allowing business and life in general to get back to some semblance of normality.
